If you have purchased your subscription through the website, rather than through the App or Play store, you will need to manage your subscription from within your WeRise account, rather than the Manage Subscription section of your phone.
If you want to change your subscription type you will have to unsubscribe from here, then subscribe again choosing a different package when your current subscription expires. Please note that purchasing new a subscription before your current subscription ends will not add the new subscription to the end of the current one; the new subscription will start at the point of purchase.
