We can offer refunds in specific circumstances.
If you purchased your subscription on the website, and have forgotten to cancel your renewal, or have changed your mind please contact us within seven days of making payment requesting a refund, and we will be able to process that for you.
If you made your purchase through the App Store or the Play Store, please contact them with your request. Please note that refunds are at the discretion of the App or Play Store.
Outside of this time period we do not offer refunds.
Terminating your subscription early does not give you the right to a refund of any unused portion of your subscription, even if you stop accessing the app before the date when your subscription was set to expire.
If you're no longer interested in using the app, we would recommend cancelling your subscription to avoid any further charges.
