In order to successfully unsubscribe from the app you will need to use the same method that you had initially chosen when subscribing with us. If you don't see an active WeRise subscription in your phone's Subscriptions list, it's likely that you purchased it directly through the website,

Please note that even if you are not seeing a WeRise subscription on your device settings at all, you still might have a live web subscription.
To make sure you have cancelled your subscription, please login on our website where your latest subscription status can be seen. Alternatively, you can submit a support ticket and ask our team to make sure your subscription is cancelled.
