Upcoming challenges are advertised on our socials, by email, and inside the App. You can enroll in challenges directly inside the App.

To enroll in any of our challenges:

1. Open the Explore tab.
2. Select Challenges to see what is available.
3. Tap into a challenge to browse what it includes before you start.
4. Tap to start the challenge when you are ready.

Once you have started, the challenge becomes your main program and appears on your Today tab.
